Question 1: What is the phone number for Metro PCS? The first time I reported it the operator adjusted it to zero with no problem.Answer 1: The phone number for Metro PCS is (214) 570-5800. This month a different operator gave me the excuse that the system was refreshing that’s why it showed usage. You can have the phone and the number and the bill I paid for the month because I had to go to ATNT and buy the same phone and get a new number and I have spent a few hundred dollars for the exact same thing as I had just purchased from you few months ago.I have been a long time customer and I have been working with the public as a Real estate property manager and I have never treated or been treated as badly as I have been last week. Did I mention that the person who works there was incredibly rude. For the last seven years and I was going to go back the next day and buy a new phone? Reply My identity was stolen and my T-Mobile phone number was illegally ported to Metro PCS.When I told her that didn’t make sense she told me I didn’t need the hotspot time anyway.
Who is she to tell me that I don’t need what I paid for?

Reply Upgraded my phone, was not offered (nor would I want) the insurance. I have paid my bill every month that I have been a customer and I had an issue with my phone sending random calls and texts and emails to wherever.
Got home and received a text I immediately owed , plus my new monthly bill would be more. Went to store the next day was told, Oh that is automatic, but since it is not over 24 hours we can make an adjustment. I went into the Store in a panic because, My Daughter’s in Seattle in college and she was worried about the weird messages so I said to the employee can you please fix it and he said Nope and I said that I can get back in a day or two and I would buy a new phone and I asked him if he had a loaner phone and I said that I don’t need anything fancy but I needed some way to get a CALL from point A to point B .
